system through years of review and refinement. We refined our system to provide a property accounting book
system that meets the requirements of NCDPI and the needs of school system administrators.
We have developed and customized property accounting books and databases for several North Carolina school systems, including
Onslow County Schools, Avery County Schools, Pender County Schools, and Brunswick County Schools
PROPERTY ACCOUNTING
The system we devised is easy to use and update and can be run on any computer with Windows capability.

The system consists of:
  • Digitized drawings and floor plans, using AutoCAD drafting software, which include
  • Each school and individual buildings.
  • Layers for different aspects such as room names and numbers, electrical, plumbing, utilities, etc.

Database to input various information about individual school buildings or the school system as a whole.
