Department of Energy’s SAVEnergy Program
since it's inception in 1996. Currently nationwide
there are only 9 firms prequalified

audits completed on the following types of federal facilities:

Military and Coast Guard Bases
                         Research Facilities
Courthouses
Special Buildings (U.S. Mint, National Zoo, etc.)

Audits include identification of energy conservation measures and water/renewable energy
screening, analysis of modification cost and savings as well as life-cycle cost analysis of measures
identified.
